the rooms were spacious and clean, and the spa was exceptional. the staff provided great concierge service and were very welcoming. There were also tasty dining options, such as the Japanese restaurant with its delicious sashimi and miso soup.

The limited breakfast buffet selection was somewhat disappointing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We particularly liked the well-equipped gym and exceptional spa services. The hotel is conveniently located close to a Wanda Plaza shopping center, and although you may have to walk a bit to get to other interesting sights, it is easily accessible via the subway. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who went out of their way to assist us with purchasing an item we had forgotten to pack.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Conveniently located in between the airport and downtown with easy access to public transportation. Close to a large commercial center for shopping needs. The hotel's gym is well-equipped and the swimming pool is clean.

Limited breakfast options with some items not being restocked in a timely manner. The breakfast area can get very noisy due to the chairs being uncomfortable and squeaky.

While the food was delicious, the staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the demands of the patrons.

Spent Xmas at a hotel in Shenyang last year and it was absolutely amazing. the rooms were extremely comfortable and the staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. the breakfast buffet was excellent with a huge choice of Chinese and Western food. the hotel is located near a shopping center and it was great to be able to shop and eat close by.

The Wi-Fi connectivity was very bad and we had to rely on our own mobile connection. the bar was not always open, and the cigar bar was too smoky for us.
